Evaluation Outcomes
Since 2003, the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability (KCGS) has conducted corporate governance assessments based on expertise and transparency. Through ESG evaluations, which include social responsibility and environmental management, KCGS has assessed the sustainability management level of domestic publicly listed companies annually since 2011.
The objective of KCGS's ESG evaluation is to assist listed companies in assessing and enhancing their current sustainability management level. Its independent ESG evaluation model conforms to international standards, such as the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and ISO 26000, as well as the domestic legal and business management environments.
